The San Diego Senior Games Association (SDSGA) offers events throughout the year to promote lifelong fitness for those age 50+. Each year we strive to offer events that will encourage competitive, recreational and novice athletes to stay active.

This year in addition to our Senior Olympics, we offer 3 Healthy Lifestyle Luncheons, the Spring Volleyball Tournament, the Sam Cohen Memorial Golf Tournament, an Annual Recognition Event and the Intergenerational Games.
